Ms. Zainab has worked as a lawyer and legal advisor for 24 years with various public and private institutions. She possesses extensive experience handling a wide range of cases, including civil, criminal, corporate, administrative, family, inheritance, and intellectual property matters. 

Ms. Zainab worked as a legal advisor to Nile Bank for five years. She possesses extensive knowledge of Murabaha and Musharaka contracts, tenders, auctions, mortgages, insolvency liquidation, and all types of financial and financing contracts, as well as construction and contracting agreements. She has also served as a consultant to pharmaceutical companies and medical product manufacturers and participated in several media campaigns on drug-related issues. 

She holds a Master's degree in Criminology and Penology from the London Academy for Professional Training, a Master's degree in Arbitration, and a Professional Doctorate in Emerging Disasters. She is currently a PhD candidate in Arbitration, a position she is currently defending. Furthermore, she holds expert arbitration certificates in contemporary financial industry and Islamic finance contracts from regional and international bodies For example: Dubai Centre for Amicable Settlement of Disputes (Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration); University of London (International Arbitration); Commercial Arbitration; Suleyman International University (Turkey); Professional Arbitration (Egypt); Contract Drafting (Middle East Alliance Centre, Egypt); Sudan’s participation in African arbitration institutions (organized by the University of London, UK); and Negotiation Skills courses (Acuti Qatari Centre for Law and Arbitration).
