Mr. Yasser El Hagawy is a lawyer and legal advisor who is the head of our litigation section and has more than twenty years of experience in various legal fields, including civil, commercial, sharia, administrative, and criminal cases. He obtained his law degree from Ain Shams University in Egypt in 2003 and obtained his procedural law diploma from the same university in 2013. He has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2003 and is registered with the Qatari Ministry of Justice - Lawyers Affairs Department, which allows him to plead and represent our company before the Qatari courts. Mr. Yasser has an outstanding ability to provide legal advice and has a track record of success in handling cases that require an in-depth understanding of the law and advanced analytical skills, especially those involving multiple elements or complex legal aspects. He is passionate about keeping up to date with legal developments and is always keen on the latest legislative amendments, as well as possessing meticulous negotiation and analytical skills that enable him to reach the best legal solutions.
