Mr. Mohammed Abu Deif has a wide legal experience of nearly twenty-five years, including fifteen years practicing law in the State of Qatar, during which he engaged in legal work as a lawyer and general legal counsel in several leading law firms in Egypt and Qatar.

Mr. Abu Deif has a proven track record in litigation of all kinds, during this period he handles litigation matters in administrative disputes, labour disputes, misdemeanour and felony cases, rental and investment disputes, land registration and real estate, and has a long experience in administrative cases, specially that appeals against decisions that affect employees, ex; Termination of employment contract, performance evaluation, allowance, equivalency of certificates, and collection of employees' financial rights.

Mr. Abu Deif has a distinctive style in legal drafting and preparing legal research in various fields of law, and he has good communication skills with governmental and administrative bodies and private entities, as well as dealing through the team.

Mr. Abu Deif completed his undergraduate studies at Cairo University and then obtained a master's degree in public law from the same university, he also received many advanced training courses in the field of litigation and arbitration and has many important legal contributions and writings, he is also a member of the Qatari Lawyers Admission Committee and a member of the Qatari Authors Forum.
